Helmstetler Architects + Associates, Inc. (HA+A) is a progressive architecture and planning firm in Del Norte, Colorado with a diverse portfolio of award winning residential, commercial, educational, civic, religious and historic projects.

A licensed architect with a hands-on building background, Keith Helmstetler AIA is President of HA+A. Established in 2005, the firm has a combined expertise in design and construction. As a master carpenter and former owner of a general contracting business for 15 years, Keith has the unique ability to quickly assess the feasibility of key variables – cost, size and quality –of each project and to apply accordingly his architectural knowledge to the construction process, thereby ensuring design excellence, quality craftsmanship and conscientious project management while realizing cost savings for HA+A’s clients.

Given the size and scope of each project, HA+A carefully assembles a team of qualified professionals to meet the project’s needs and exceed client expectations. These include a range of consultants including licensed architects and engineers, graphic designers, construction managers, master builders, environmental consultants, lighting experts and many others.
